Following a directive of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the National Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Conference (NHCPC) brings together 1,200 healthcare, public health, emergency medical services and emergency management professionals to share best practices, training models and tools to strengthen coalition activity and improve our nation’s state of preparedness and response. In 2014, NHCPC engaged Scott Circle to be a partner in further building their annual gathering into a highly professional national forum.
Today, Scott Circle manages all aspects of the rapidly growing annual National Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Conference. From registration and hotel logistics to abstract management and program development, Scott Circle has become a vital strategic partner in this nationwide effort – working to design a financially sustainable conference model through the recruitment of new sponsors, innovative engagement of potential attendees, and engaging and inspiring programming. In one year, Scott Circle’s outreach and marketing efforts led to a 60% increase in attendance and a significant surge in the number of abstract submissions. Scott Circle’s recruitment efforts doubled the sponsorship revenue from the previous year, transforming the project from a deficit to a profitable equation for the host organization. Our firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has led to a 95% return rate for attendees and sponsors year after year. Today, the conference represents the premier national gathering for ensuring readiness and building resilience in the healthcare industry.
