Scott Circle Events’ goal was to breathe new life into these annual events as we worked to create an unforgettable experience through creative event design. With thoughtful planning, we broke with the traditional mold and transitioned the events to new venues, engaged dynamic catering and audio visual providers, executed an expedited ticket pickup and devised new entertainment and multimedia components for the shows. Through the creation of unique themes, Scott Circle also weaved a continuous storyline from the guest arrival and culinary experience as well as through event visuals and talent genres.

Additionally, we worked closely with AIC to manage sponsor relations and retention efforts. We aided in the design of creative sponsorship packages, led on follow up efforts and provided onsite stewardship for VIPs. In the end, guests left feeling invigorated and inspired by both events as Scott Circle brought a new flavor to these time-honored awards ceremonies.
