With 11 days to plan, Scott Circle Events mobilized and led a team of seasoned event professionals and vendors in this massive show of solidarity during a critical moment for the pro-Israel community. 

The team worked closely with the National Park Service, federal and local law enforcement, and private security companies to ensure a safe environment for all who attended.  In short order, we stood up a significant crowd building operation – distributing over 100,000 access bracelets and managing the smooth arrival of 1,800 buses and dozens of plane charters with the help of our regional transportation partners.

Finally, we designed and executed a high impact program, inclusive of foreign dignitaries, congressional leadership, celebrities and those individuals and families directly impacted by the tragedy of the October 7th terrorist attacks.  It was unquestionably a historic day and we were very proud to lead the effort.
