In the weeks leading up to the conference, the team at GWU’s School of Media and Public Affairs realized they had created a world-class event on sustainable innovations in food security but lacked the manpower and expertise to guarantee seamless stage management and crowd logistics.

Scott Circle joined the team in the final stretch to assist with the technical production, show flow, speaker coordination, registration procedure and seating arrangements.  The result has been 6 years of successful conferences that exceeded attendee expectations and achieved all of the organization’s objectives.
