Working alongside the National Head Start Associations' in-house team, Scott Circle Events played a vital role in every aspect of the gala. To begin, we worked closely with the NHSA staff to articulate their powerful story and develop a visually impactful brand that captured Head Start’s goals for the event. With a strong message, Scott Circle Events partnered with a variety of vendors including caterers, graphic designers and décor specialists to ensure the look and feel were creatively integrated into all aspects of the evening.

Beginning with a high impact tri-fold invitation, our team managed the entire outreach, RSVP and check-in process of the 1,500 guests, as well as a highly personalized, intricate table seating plan to maximize the attendee experience and exposure to the organization’s VIPs. Scott Circle Events led the effort to create a powerful multimedia program with emotional video segments, spirited entertainment and a show script that captured the essence of Head Start’s history, accomplishments and vision for the future.

From a menu featuring 50th anniversary cupcakes to a dynamic stage set and a uniquely branded printed program, NHSA’s message was weaved throughout the entire event including a pre-event VIP reception and a post-event afterglow party all celebrating the organization’s accomplishments. The organization received rave reviews from their guests about the program and the entire evening positioned NHSA for another 50 years of accomplishment.
